Villa Paradijs is a short walk to the beach, sailing, windsurfing and
snorkeling. It is also located near a number of great restaurants. Located
on the Dutch side near the French border, the villa is just 15 minutes
from Philipsburg, the Dutch capital, and Marigot, the French capital,
where you will find great shopping, fabulous dining, casinos and exciting
night life.
