SIMPSON BAY YACHT CLUB AND MARINA

This hurricane protected private marina is accessible to the public through a security entrance with 2 gate houses. It is constructed of concrete piers and fingers and is located within the safety of Simpson Bay Lagoon. It provides the setting for a magnificently designed residential and commercial complex which hosts restaurants, boutiques, yacht chandelry, cyber cafe, mini supermarket and more. The marina has a modern office suite comprising of approximately 1800 square feet. The marina itself holds 132 boat slips, each provided with electricity, water, cable TV, and telephone connections. It has it's own fuel dock that is easily accessible for sail boats and power vessels of all sizes.
